Tradex, subsidiary of the National Hydrocarbons Corporation (SNH), opened a new branch in the Democratic Republic of Congo on 26 November 2024.
Tradex SA’s new subsidiary in the DRC specialises in the distribution of petroleum products through a network of filling stations and retail outlets installed on companies’ production sites, distribution of domestic gas, supply of Jet A1 kerosene to aircrafts and the provision of bunker fuel for ships and other vessels.
At the end of the first Board of Directors meeting, held on 26 November 2024, Igor Emmanuel Soya Bissaya was elected Chairman of the Board. Emmanuel Patrick Mvondo, Awoua Soulemanou and Nadine Patricia Kenmegne were also appointed members of the Board.
Tradex RDC is a public limited company with a share capital of 2.5 billion CFA francs.
