This year’s theme: “Invest in women: Accelerate progress<\/em>“, offered a moment to reflect on SNH’s strides towards gender equality.<\/p>

This review highlighted that SNH upholds equal rights and responsibilities for all employees, providing the same opportunities for career advancement, particularly in terms of access to positions of responsibility. As such, out of 160 decision-making roles at SNH, women hold 57 positions, equating to a 35% representation rate.<\/p>

The company’s female staff showcased their contentment, notably with a banner message presented during the parade before the First Lady, Chantal Biya.<\/p>

The festivities continued at the SNH head office with a luncheon, during which the Executive General Manager extended congratulations to the women for their significant contributions to the company’s good results.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\r\n\t\t
